Safety & Cleaning Standards

Your child’s safety is our top priority. We ensure all our toys are fun, educational, safe, clean, and well-maintained, meeting strict industry standards.

Toy Safety Standards

All toys in our collection comply with recognized safety regulations and standards, including guidelines similar to ASTM F963 and relevant local regulations.

Toys are carefully selected to be age-appropriate, sturdy, non-toxic, and free from hazardous small parts that could pose choking risks.

We regularly inspect toys for damage such as sharp edges, broken parts, or loose components, removing any items that do not meet our strict safety criteria.

Battery-operated toys are checked to ensure batteries are secure and in good condition to prevent leaks or hazards.

We adhere to labeling requirements, including age grading and safety warnings, so parents can make informed choices.

Our Cleaning & Sanitization Process

We understand the importance of hygiene, especially for children’s toys. Our cleaning process includes:

Inspection Upon Return

Each toy is inspected immediately after return for damage and cleanliness.

Deep Cleaning
  • Hard plastic and non-porous toys are cleaned with child-safe, antibacterial solutions.

  • Fabric and soft toys are laundered and steam-cleaned according to manufacturer instructions.

  • All toys are sanitized to eliminate germs, bacteria, and viruses.

Drying & Storage

Toys are thoroughly dried in a clean, ventilated area to prevent mold and mildew before being stored.

Final Quality Check

A final inspection ensures toys are safe, clean, and ready for the next rental.

Products and Method

Wooden toys require special care due to their porous nature. To ensure they remain safe and hygienic without damage, we use gentle, natural cleaning products and careful methods:

Cleaning Products Used:
  • Tiny Buds Multi-Surface Cleaner

  • Cradle Natural Toy & Surface Cleaner

  • Diluted White Vinegar: A natural disinfectant diluted with water (usually 1 part vinegar to 4 parts water) for safe sanitization.

  • Baking Soda Paste: For stubborn stains, a paste of baking soda and water is gently applied and wiped off.

Cleaning Products Used:

Wooden toys are never soaked in water to prevent warping or cracking.

We wipe toys down thoroughly with a soft cloth or sponge dampened with the natural cleaning solutions above.

After cleaning, toys are air-dried completely in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight to avoid fading or damage.

This method preserves the wood’s natural antimicrobial properties while ensuring the toys are hygienic and safe for your children.

Avoided Products:

We do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, disinfectant sprays, or furniture polish on wooden toys, as these can leave toxic residues or damage the finish.

Additional Safety Practices

We avoid toys with long strings or small magnets that pose choking or strangulation hazards, especially for infants and toddlers.

We encourage customers to inspect toys upon delivery and report any concerns immediately.
