Book Your Rental
At checkout, fill in your details and preferred rental start date.

Provide Your Point of Contact: Drop your Instagram handle or Viber number so we can easily reach you.

Delivery Schedule: Since our standard delivery window is 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily, your items will be dispatched to arrive anytime within this timeframe on your chosen date.
All rental updates — confirmation, scheduling, and delivery — are sent to your chosen point of contact.

CONFIRM & PAY
Payment
After completing your checkout, we'll send you your rental details including the updated shipping cost.

When to Expect Your Invoice: For regular rentals and reservations, we typically reach out with your invoice and payment details a few days before your scheduled delivery date.

Confirm Your Dates: You can confirm or reschedule your rental dates directly via your chosen contact method.

How to Pay: Settle your payment via GCash or bank transfer as instructed. Once payment is received, you'll get your final delivery confirmation!

Same-Day Delivery
Metro Manila: Delivered on your scheduled delivery date within our 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM window.
Outside Metro Manila (Provincial):
Shipped via SPX Express, arriving in 1–3 days or 3–5 days depending on your location.
Every item is cleaned, UV sterilized, and inspected before packing. Arrives fresh and ready to play.

Returning Your Items
You'll receive a return notification days before your scheduled return date. Here's what you can do:
