Reservation Policy

At Little Footprint Rentals, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable rental experience. Please read our Reservation Policy carefully to understand how reservations work and what to expect when booking with us.

Reservation Process

Reservations can be made online through our website or by contacting our customer service.​​​

When submitting your reservation, please provide your preferred reservation date.​

All reservations are subject to availability on the requested date.​

We will review your request and confirm your reservation date via email or message as soon as possible.

​​If your preferred date is unavailable, we will work with you to find the closest possible alternative.​

To confirm your reservation, a deposit or full payment may be required depending on the rental item and duration.

Payment

All rental orders must meet a minimum rental fee of ₱500.

If your selected toys and rental duration do not reach this minimum amount, you will be required to:

Add more toys to your rental order, or

Extend the rental duration of your selected toys.

This policy helps us maintain quality service and ensure fair pricing for all customers.

Reservation and Confirmation

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your rental, payment, and pickup/delivery instructions.

Please review your reservation details carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.​​​
