How to Extend Your Rental

You can let us know anytime before your scheduled return date if you wish to extend your rental period.

While earlier notice helps us accommodate your request better, extensions are subject to toy availability.

Extensions are granted in one-month increments only and may incur additional rental fees based on the length of the extension.

We will confirm your extension request and provide updated payment details promptly.

If you keep the toys beyond your scheduled return date without notifying us, late fees may apply.

You can choose any available toys from our catalog for your new rental.

Rental extension fees are calculated based on the monthly rental rate of the toys you currently have.

Extensions are subject to toy availability; if the toy is reserved by another customer, an extension may not be possible.

Extensions must be requested and approved before the original return date to avoid late fees.

If you decide to return the toys on the original date, no action is needed.
