How to Return Rental

Returning your rented toys and baby gear is easy and hassle-free.

Here’s how our return process works.

Return Notification

We will contact your designated point of contact to remind you about your scheduled return date 5 days in advance to help you prepare for the return.
If you have provided an email address, we will also send you a reminder via email as a secondary notification. Please make sure your contact details are up to date to receive these reminders.

Note: To stay informed, we recommend marking your return date on your calendar as well.

Confirm Your Return Plan

Once you receive the notification, please confirm with us whether you will:

  • Return the item(s)

  • Swap for different items

  • Extend your rental period

 

This helps us coordinate and prepare accordingly.

Choose Your Return Method

You can return your items by:

Express Doorstep Pickup

We will arrange a Lalamove pickup on your confirmed return date.​​

Drop-Off

Bring the items to our return address during business hours.

Scheduled Pickup via Courier ( Gogo / Flash Express )

A courier rider will pick your items in the scheduled return date.

Courier Shipping will be available on all rentals starting June 2025.

 Prepare Your Items for Return

If you choose to return:

Please clean and inspect the toys and baby gear to ensure they are in good condition.

Gather all parts, accessories, and packaging materials.

For Express Pickup ( Lalamove / Same day delivery ) 
and Drop Off

Please pack your items using the original packaging we provided to ensure safe return.

  • Toy Box ( If applicable )

  • Eco bag / Burlap Bag

  • Address tag

For Courier Scheduled Pickup via Courier

You’ll need to pack the rental items following the selected courier’s guidelines. We’ll choose the best courier based on your items and provide all necessary packing materials with your rental to help you prepare the return securely.

For any missing parts or major damages, kindly let us know right away.  Prompt reporting helps us address issues quickly and fairly.

Inspection and Deposit Refund

Once we receive your items, we will promptly inspect them.

Your security deposit will be refunded within 1 to 3 business days after a successful inspection.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
