Rental Renewal
We want to make it easy for your child to keep enjoying fresh, exciting toys without interruption.
Our Toy Renewal process allows you to seamlessly exchange your current rental for new toys, coordinated with the return of your existing items.
This is considered a new rental and is treated as a separate transaction.
How Rental Renewal Works
Approximately 5 days before your scheduled return date, we will contact you to ask if you would like to renew your rental with new toys.
If you choose to renew, you can select new toys from our catalog for your next rental period.
We coordinate delivery of your new toys at the same time as the pickup or return of your old toys, ensuring a seamless transition.
Each new rental has its own rental period and rental fees. Your existing security deposit will carry over to the new rental, so you do not need to pay a new deposit.
Shipping fees apply for delivering your new rental.
You can choose any available toys from our catalog for your new rental.
What You Need To Do
You can let us know anytime before your rental return date if you want to renew and select new toys.
Alternatively, wait for our reminder contact about 5 days before your scheduled return date.
Confirm your order and payment for the new rental fees and shipping.
On the scheduled day, have your current toys ready for pickup or return.
Receive your new toys delivered simultaneously.
Enjoy your new rental!
Important Notes
If you do not wish to renew, simply return your toys as scheduled.
The security deposit applies only when renewing immediately; if you pause rentals and claim your deposit, a new deposit may be required later.
Shipping fees for pickup and delivery are the renter’s responsibility.
