Exchange Policy
We want you and your child to love every toy you rent! If you find that a toy isn’t quite right or you’d like to try something different, you can request an exchange within the first 3 days of your rental period.
How Does the Exchange Work?
Request Timing
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your toy to request an exchange.
Toy Condition
The toy you want to exchange must be returned in good condition, with no damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Availability
Exchanges depend on the availability of the replacement toy you want. We recommend contacting us early to ensure your preferred toy is in stock.
Shipping Fees
You are responsible for the shipping fees associated with returning the original toy and delivering the new one.
Rental Fee Adjustments
If the new toy has a different rental fee, we will adjust your charges accordingly—either additional payment or refund.
One-Time Courtesy
Exchanges are offered as a one-time courtesy to help you find the perfect toy.
