Rental Terms and Conditions
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review these terms and conditions carefully before renting from Little Footprint Rentals.
Rental Duration
Standard rental periods are 1 - 3 months.
Extensions must be requested at least 5 days before your due date.
Monthly extensions are standard; weekly extensions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Rental Fees
All rental orders must meet a minimum rental fee of ₱500.
If your selected toys and rental duration do not reach this minimum amount, you will be required to:
Add more toys to your rental order, or
Extend the rental duration of your selected toys.
This policy helps us maintain quality service and ensure fair pricing for all customers.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required per rental at the time of booking.
Deposit amount ranges from 300 - 1,000 per rental.
Amount depends on the number of toys rented.
The deposit will be refunded within 1-3 business days after your scheduled pick-up date, once we have inspected the returned toys.
Refunds are issued provided:
All rented toys are returned complete, undamaged, and in good working order (normal wear and tear is expected).
If toys are damaged beyond normal wear and tear, missing pieces, or lost, fees will be deducted from the deposit accordingly.
Toys Use & Care
We encourage responsible use of our toys and ask that children are supervised while playing. Normal wear and tear is expected.

Cleaning and Sanitation
We take hygiene seriously.
All toys are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each rental.
We recommend wiping down toys after each use to ensure your child’s safety.
Extensions and Exchanges
To extend your rental, contact us at least 5 days before your due date via Instagram or email.
We prioritize rental extensions over new reservations to help you keep your toys longer.
We only allow monthly extensions as standard, but weekly extensions may be considered upon request.
Extensions are subject to availability and approval.
Exchanges may be available depending on inventory; please contact us for details.
Late Returns and Fees
Late fees will be charged for items returned after the due date without prior notification or an approved extension.
Please notify us promptly if you anticipate a delay.
Cancellation
We require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations before the scheduled delivery or pick-up.
We do not offer refunds for early returns.
Liability
You are responsible for the toy during the rental period, including loss, theft, or damage.
We are not liable for any injury or damage resulting from improper use of the toys.
Privacy
We collect and use your personal information only to process rentals and improve our service.
Your information will never be shared with third parties without your consent.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
