    We have toys in our collection to suit from newborns to all the way up to children aged around 5 years old.
  • Are your toys clean and safe?
    We prioritize the health and safety of your child, which is why keeping our play kits clean and sanitized is paramount. Here's a breakdown of our cleaning process: After each rental: All returned play kits undergo a thorough cleaning and disinfection process. Cleaning Solutions: We use a safe and gentle solution of warm water and distilled white vinegar to clean all wooden surfaces of the toys. This natural cleaning method is effective in removing dirt, grime, and germs without harsh chemicals. Disinfection: We then disinfect all wipeable surfaces with a child-safe disinfectant. This ensures an extra layer of protection against bacteria and viruses. Special Care: For plush toys and other non-washable items, we use a safe and effective steam cleaning method to remove dust mites and allergens. Visual Inspection: Finally, each toy undergoes a meticulous visual inspection to ensure it's in perfect condition and free of any damage before being placed back in the rental pool.   • What if I damage, break or lose part of a toy?
    We understand that accidents happen! While we take pride in the durability of our toys, normal wear and tear is to be expected. Here's what to do if you encounter a damaged, broken, or lost toy part during your rental period: Minor Damage: If a toy sustains minor damage (e.g., scuffs, scratches, loose battery compartment) during playtime, no worries! There's no need to report this to us. Just let us know when returning the kit, and we'll handle any necessary repairs internally. Broken or Lost Parts: If a toy breaks or a crucial part goes missing during the rental period, please contact us immediately and send us a direct message on Instagram. Let us know the name of the play kit, the specific toy or part that's broken/missing, and a brief description of the situation. Our Approach: We'll assess the situation and determine the best course of action. In most cases of minor broken parts, we may request you to return the broken piece(s) with the kit upon pickup. For lost parts or more serious damage, a replacement fee may apply, depending on the severity. We'll always be transparent about any potential charges before proceeding. Our goal is to find a fair and reasonable solution for both parties. We appreciate your honesty and cooperation in keeping our play kits in good condition for future little explorers!
  • Can I purchase the rental kit / toy I'm currently using
    While we primarily offer rental services, we understand that sometimes customers may want to purchase a kit they've grown to love. If you're interested in purchasing your current rental kit, please contact us directly to discuss options and availability. We'll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note: Purchase options may vary based on the kit's condition and availability. We'll provide you with specific details and pricing information upon your inquiry.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept bank transfers and Gcash payment. Payment details will be provided at checkout.
  • How long is the minimum rental period
    Yes, our minimum rental period for toys is 1 month. For baby gears, we offer 1 week rental.
  • Shipping Areas
    We deliver within Metro Manila via local delivery or courier. We are now accepting shipping to areas outside Metro Manila. Shipping will thru courier services. Effective date: June 2025
  • How long does shipping take?
    Standard Shipping: 1-3 business days within Metro Manila. 3-7 business days outside Metro Manila Local Delivery: Same-day or next-day within Metro Manila Orders placed before 2 PM CST on business days are processed the same day; otherwise, the next business day.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping fees depend on order size, weight, and destination. We will contact you after computing the shipping costs.
  • Which couriers do you use?
    We select the most suitable courier based on the size and type of your items. For Same Day Delivery: Lalamove For Courier Delivery: Gogo / Flash Express
  • What if I return an item late?
    Late returns may incur additional rental fees. Please contact us if you anticipate a delay.
  • What if I want to change my return date or return method?
    Please contact us as soon as possible at littlefootprint.rentals@gmail.com or Instagram account to request changes to your return date or method.
  • Can I exchange items instead of returning them?
    Yes! Contact us to discuss exchanges or upgrades during your rental period.
  • What if my rental items are damaged or missing parts when returned?
    Please ensure toys are returned in good condition with all accessories. Damaged or missing items may incur additional fees as outlined in our rental agreement. Kindly see our Rental Use & Care Policy page to know more about chargeable damages.
  • How will I know when my deposit is refunded?
    We will contact you through your Point of Contact regarding your refund.
  • How do I return my rented toys?
    Returning your rented toys is simple! We will contact your designated point of contact 5 days before your scheduled return date to remind you. If you provided an email address, we will also send you a reminder as a secondary notification. Please keep your contact details updated. Prepare the toys by cleaning them and packing securely using the packing materials provided with your rental.
