Officially, the Toniebox 1 is rated for ages 3+ due to small parts. However, certain characters like Ms. Rachel or Lullabies are designed for ages 1+ with adult supervision.

No! We "pre-sync" all your selected Tonies to the Toniebox before delivery. This means your child can play them immediately—even in the car or at Lola’s house—without needing an internet connection.

The Toniebox lasts up to 7 hours on a full charge. We include the charging station in your rental so you can keep the stories going.

Hygiene is our priority. Every Toniebox and figurine undergoes a multi-step cleaning process using child-safe, non-toxic sanitizers between every home visit. We ensure they are hospital-clean and ready for your little one.

We deliver within Metro Manila via local delivery or courier. We also ship to areas outside Metro Manila. Shipping will thru courier services. Returns will be handled by the renter.

We require a refundable security deposit. This is returned to you within 3 days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

We expect "normal love"—minor scuffs and play marks are fine! However, significant damage (e.g., a torn ear on a Tonie or water damage to the box) or lost figurines will be charged against the security deposit based on the item's replacement cost.

We make it easy! You will receive a return notification days before your last rental day. When return is confirmed, we will coordinate a rider (Lalamove/Grab) to pick up the set from your location. Please ensure all items are packed back into their original travel kit. Please note that for provincial or outside Metro Manila rentals, the renter is responsible for the return shipping and any associated fees. We recommend using a courier with tracking to ensure the set arrives back safely. A late return fee will be applied for late returns.
