How to Return Rental
Rent your toys and gears in minutes at www.littlefootprintrentals.com.
Follow these steps to get started.
Browse our Collection
Visit www.littlefootprintrentals.com to explore our wide variety of toys and baby gear available for rent.
Choose the items you'd like to rent.
On the product page, select your desired rental period
(e.g., weekly, 1 month, 2 months).
Rental price will be displayed for the chosen duration.
Rent and Reserve
Review your order in the cart.
Click "Rent" or "Reserve" to add the item to your cart.
Important: For reservations, please read our Reservation Policy before proceeding.
Book your Rental
In the checkout page, provide your details and preferred rental start date.
Provide Your Point of Contact (Instagram Account or Viber Number).
If you have an account with us, log in to your account for faster checkout.
Choose your preferred shipping method. We currently use same day delivery for Metro Manila orders and J&T for outside Metro Manila. Courier option for Metro Manila will be available soon.
All communication regarding your rental, including confirmation, scheduling, and delivery updates, will be sent to your point of contact. Email is secondary.
Payments
Rental details, updated rental cost with security deposit, and rental date will be sent to your chosen contact method and email.
Confirm or reschedule your rental dates directly through the message.
Make your payment via Gcash or bank transfer as instructed.
Once payment is received, you'll get a delivery confirmation.
Delivery
Enjoy same day delivery for orders placed and confirmed (including payment) before 2:00 PM
Rentals confirmed after 2:00PM will be delivered the next day.
Returning your Items
You will receive a return notification 5 days before your scheduled return date.
You have the following options:
Return:
Prepare your items for pickup on the scheduled return date. You'll receive a pickup notification with the estimated time.
Extend:

Rent New Toys / Swap:
Learn about our swapping process in How to Swap my Current Rental page.
For returns, simply hand over the items to delivery personnel when they arrive.
